Paneer Tikka

Cook Time: 10-15 Mins
Serves: 3-4
Ingredients
- Paneer 400g (Cubed)
- Yoghurt (Thick Greek Style ideally) 5 tbsp
- Sashi’s Paneer Masala 1 tbsp
- Minced/grated Ginger 1 ½ tsp
- Minced Garlic 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp (adjust to own taste)
- Freshly squeezed Lemon ½
- Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Oil (Own preference) 1 ½ tbsp
- Large onion cubed
- Pepper cubed
- Coriander Chopped (to taste)
Cooking Method
- Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Take the mixture out the fridge couple of hours before cooking - (Optional but ideal)
- Cooking option of choice - oven, pan, BBQ or air fryer. Cooking time to your preference
