Paneer Tikka

 

Prep Time: 15-20 Mins
Cook Time: 10-15 Mins
Serves: 3-4

Ingredients
  • Paneer 400g (Cubed)
  • Yoghurt (Thick Greek Style ideally) 5 tbsp
  • Sashi’s Paneer Masala 1 tbsp
  • Minced/grated Ginger 1 ½ tsp
  • Minced Garlic 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp (adjust to own taste)
  • Freshly squeezed Lemon ½
  • Chilli Powder 1 tsp
  • Oil (Own preference) 1 ½ tbsp
  • Large onion cubed
  • Pepper cubed
  • Coriander Chopped (to taste)
Cooking Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
  2. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Take the mixture out the fridge couple of hours before cooking - (Optional but ideal)
  3. Cooking option of choice - oven, pan, BBQ or air fryer. Cooking time to your preference
