Lamb Burgers

Serves: 4
Ingredients
- Lamb Mince 1kg (Can use minced chicken/pork or beef)
- Sashi’s Chicken Masala 1 tbsp
- Sashi’s Garam Masala ½ tbsp
- Salt 1½ tsp (adjust to own taste)
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Minced/grated Ginger 1½ tsp
- Minced Garlic 2 tsp
- Red Onion - 1 small finely chopped
- Mint Leaves finely chopped - 8 sprigs (optional only in lamb)
Cooking Method
- Add the mince and all the other ingredients in a large bowl
- Combine the mixture and make 8 patties and place on tray
- Refrigerate the patties in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight. Take the mixture out the fridge couple of hours before cooking (Optional but ideal)
- Cooking option of choice - oven, pan, BBQ or air fryer. Cooking time to your preference
Points to Remember
- Substitute the meat for Soya mince for vegetarian/vegan option and blend the soya mince in the blender to make it finer and easier to bind. (Add 2 eggs for vegetarian option for binding if required)
- Cooking method and time should be to your preference.
