Food Gusto and Oaks Spring Fair

The third and final bank holiday weekend of May is fast approaching, and Sashi's Spices will be exhibiting at Food Gusto Festival in Ashby-de-la-Zouch (Saturday and Sunday) and also Oaks Spring Fair in Charnwood on Bank Holiday Monday.

This will be our first-time being part of both events and the team are very excited for the upcoming weekend. The weather forecasts are looking favourable but hope we've not jinxed it.

Food Gusto supports in the promoting of great local and regional food and drink producers in Leicestershire and festival visitors get the opportunity to taste and experience a wide variety of handmade produce, from locally crafted pies and artisan breads to speciality beers and locally produced wines. Now with Sashi's Masalas added to the range of products at the festival.

Food Gusto will be Saturday 27th May & Sunday 28th May starting at 10:30am to 5:00pm each day. Located at the Bath Grounds, Ashby de la Zouch, LE65 1BL.

Oaks Spring Fair is country style fair in the village of Oaks-in-Charnwood in the idyllic Charnwood Forest (LE129YD). The focus of the event is a fund raiser for St. James’ the Greater Church and upkeep of the churchyard.

Food and craft stalls, ice cream, hog roast and live entertainment. Also, refreshments in the Oaks Storer Hall and Church BBQ. The event includes a classic & vintage vehicle display plus farm machinery.

The fair is on the 29th of May and open from 10:00am until 4:00pm.
